Created 100 years ago, the Sidecar is a true classic. Rémy Martin shows you how to make it, plus great food to serve with it.

7.30pm: The Samuel Gelston’s story
This premium Irish whiskey works brilliantly with food. Find out for yourself with a tasting led by Gelston’s owner, Johnny Neill.

Get into the festive spirit with a cocktail-and-garnish masterclass from Schweppes and some exceptional spirits.

Discover the rich heritage of The Macallan Double Cask, as well as trying three of the distillery’s signature single malts.

1.30pm: Cardrona Distillery – a flavour of New Zealand
Sample hand-crafted vodka, gin, liqueur and whisky from down under, courtesy of the experts at Cardrona Distillery.
